Marketing Department is looking for Senior Brand Manager in team of the flavored beer & cider category.

If you are ready to be responsible for:

  • Portfolio management of Flavoured & Special Beer Category, which includes existing brand and NEW BRAND DEVELOPMENT in alco- and non-alco segments
  • Brand planning, regular brand performance reviews
  • Ownership of bands P&L, price positioning, price architecture
  • Leadership of ATL activations and toolbox/communication development without guidance from HQ
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain Teams. Stakeholders management
  • Front-end responsibility for NPDs, from initiation to commercialization of new launches
  • Team management (1 direct report), including professional development & guidance in future career planning

And you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Marketing skills in brand positioning, iconic identity development
  • Ability to build the authority within the Cross-function Team
  • Experience of new products/packaging development from idea & consumer research to commercialization
  • Ownership for Brand / Portfolio P&L. Ability to setup & drive pricing strategy
  • Strong drive for result, ‘ownership’ approach, understanding when to do it yourself and when to delegate
  • Curious, Proactive, always searching for brands performance improvement & for better solutions
  • Discipline & patience to teach & develop people, a team player who knows when to delegate and when to control
