Being able to assess tasks, manage time and resources, identify risks, and promptly propose improvements in this position is key.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships in markets such as Germany, South Africa, and others: negotiate cooperation terms, analyze traffic, monitor accounts receivable, and more;
- Onboard new partners, including addressing technical intergration issues, reviewing and discussing contracts;
- Handle documentation;
- Conduct regular partner analytics and prepare reports;
- Respond promptly to partner requests and inquiries;
- Identify and discuss growth opportunities to improve the efficiency of partnership.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level, with knowledge of German being an advantage;
- Experience working within the financial vertical;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while taking full responsibility for personal results;
- Strong skills in client acquisition, development, and upselling, with experience in successfully resolving complex issues;
- Solid understanding of current digital trends, with knowledge of CPA being a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Emotional resilience, adaptability, and willingness to quickly learn and improve skills.
