Currently, we are looking for a Director of HR Department to join our team.
This position offers significant professional challenges and the opportunity to establish and optimize HR processes. You will be responsible for team leadership and ensuring the overall effectiveness and success of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
• Full-spectrum HR management: overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and talent development.
• Designing and executing comprehensive L&D initiatives, while driving the effective administration of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs.
• Facilitating internal communications and fostering employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Leading HR operations: ensuring seamless coordination with IT, facilities management, and administration teams to optimize processes and communication flow.
• Driving organizational performance: setting and monitoring KPIs, and conducting in-depth analysis of departmental performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Conducting audits of current HR frameworks, developing and implementing strategic improvements to streamline business processes across the department.
• Overseeing payroll and budget management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in leading HR departments within large-scale IT organizations.
• Deep expertise in core HR functions: recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and internal communications.
• Hands-on experience in managing HR operations, with a strong focus on collaborating with technical and administrative divisions.
• Advanced proficiency in KPI design, performance metric analysis, and the implementation of data-driven HR strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive audits and optimize HR processes to drive efficiency and business alignment.
• Strategic mindset with strong planning capabilities, adept at aligning HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
