This Human Resources Internship opens the door for you to an exciting and meaningful HR career in one of the best global FMCG companies at one of the biggest P&G plants in the world – P&G Novomoskovsk!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN HR INTERN IN P&G?

Your assignment will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders. Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. We try to fit your interests and skills to projects that will allow you to use your strengths and so that you can continue to grow and develop.

During 3-6 months internship you will work on projects with real impact on the direction of the business.

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Lead the analysis of organizational assessment, design recommendations, employee communication and engagement strategy to enable organizational culture change & Employee Value Equation superiority.

  • Work on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development.

  • Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy implementation, redesign & campus activities.

  • Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.

During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Monthly salary 100 000 RUB gross

  • Free lunch and transportation to the plant

  • Flexible work hours and a possibility to work from home

  • Relocation and housing support (18 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

  • Ready for Relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

  • 3+ year students and up to 2 years since graduation

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

  • Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G
