Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of the Forex market (a plus), and expertise in leading social media efforts, we want to hear from you. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our brand’s online presence, analyzing competitors, and helping us achieve our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, audience behavior, and competitors.
- Lead and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns by tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent English, spoken and written skills.
- Excellent Russian, spoken and written skills.
- 2-4 years proven experience in a similar role within the Crypto industry / Crypto Exchange, preferably with knowledge of the Forex market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and competitor analysis.
- Experience in managing and leading social media strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and self-motivation skills.
