Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic plan to enhance Eastern region markets (CIS and Asia) penetration and profitability, ensuring efficient budget management;

Collaborate and communicate with operations, marketing, IT development, senior management and stakeholders to deliver a business growth plan which is focused on driving revenue and product quality;

Take responsibility for all KPIs related to P&L, ensuring that profitable business growth and commercial success are achieved to meet the business targets;
-
Create and optimize company policies, procedures, guidelines to enhance workflow and resource-management efficiency;
-
Handle the selection, hiring, adaptation and management process of the Country Managers Team of the Eastern Region;
-
Provide inspired leadership for the team, drive a professional and performance-oriented progressive culture;

Create and implement the company’s and team KPI system.
Required Expertise, which we consider “a must”:
-
3+ years experience in iGaming with a focus on B2C business development;

Experience in digital marketing, knowledge of latest marketing trends;
-
Experience in finance modelling, proven P&L budgeting and planning experience;
-
Experience with KPI system implementation and performance management;
-
Strong leadership and networking ability as well as outstanding organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and public speaking skills;
-
Fluency in Russian and in English.
