We are looking for a Middle-Office Specialist for our client. This is a leading supplier of petrochemical products with an impeccable market reputation, and a wide range of products.
Middle-Office Specialist is a person responsible for supporting the front office processes, ensuring efficient operations and timely settlements, and providing analytical insights to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Control of completeness/timely/accurate information in all systems (1C, etc.) for revenue and expenses;
• Assessing the requirements for Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) from Company's divisions and ensuring all necessary SOPs are implemented;
• Control over fulfillment of those SOPs;
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure all the supporting systems are operating effectively;
• Provide analytical support;
• Develop reports and dashboards using CTRM systems, Excel, DAX, SQL and Power BI to monitor activities and provide insights to the front office.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Financial background is preferable (big-4 audit/consultants);
• Position in big-4: S2/S3/Assistant manager;
• 2,5+ years of experience in middle or back-office operations;
• Strong understanding of commodity trading processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and risk management;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports and dashboards using DAX, SQL and PowerBI;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to details and ability to work with complex data sets;
• Upper-Intermediate+ (fluent) English.
