ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 6 to 17 years old, with over 860,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.
In 2024, our key objective is international development. We are looking for Overbooking presale manager who will share our values and strengthen our team to exceed our objectives together.

The main requirement is a very high level of language proficiency.
Spanish and English (at least B2) is mandatory.
What to do:
- Calls to leads (warm calls, the client submitted a request themselves);
- Consulting the client on key issues;
- Qualifying the client according to instructions;
- Scheduling the client for a meeting with the sales manager;
- Monitoring clients who attended the meeting;
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
We expect that you have:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with AMO CRM systems and practices, computer skills as benefit
