Юрист-международник по контрактам/In-house legal counsel

IT distribution company Defacto (revenue of the group of companies in CY2023 exceeded 75 Bln Rub) is looking for an in-house legal counsel specializing in international business law. A deep understanding of international trade (supported by relevant experience) and excellent English are mandatory.

Job requirements:

• Professional practice of at least five years (work in IT and/or consumer products international trading and import, contractual and litigation/arbitration experience would be an advantage);
• Fluent spoken and written English (communication with international suppliers);
• Attentive to the details and an excellent reaction speed.
