We are looking for an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with a passion for email outreach and a strong desire to grow in this field. In this role, you will focus on generating high-quality leads through targeted email campaigns, using email marketing tools, and solving technical issues related to campaign optimization.

Must-have requirements:

  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Apollo, lemlist, or Reply.io (along with related tools);
  • Technical knowledge in handling domain settings, deliverability, and email campaign issues like spam filters and IP blocks (with support from system administrators, but the ability to manage and oversee the process is essential);
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement of email campaigns;
  • High level of results orientation — the goal is to drive lead generation, not just send out newsletters;
  • English level B1-B2;
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance;
  • Experience working with CRM systems on a daily basis — adding leads, ensuring sales managers follow proper processes, and gathering statistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns focused on generating qualified leads to support the sales team;
  • Collaborate with system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deliverability, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and other domain settings;
  • Continuously optimize email templates, subject lines, and follow-up strategies to improve open rates, response rates, and conversion rates;
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives;
  • Manage the CRM system daily: add new leads, ensure that sales processes are followed correctly, monitor lead progress, and collect relevant statistics;
  • Maintain a high level of communication and follow-up with potential leads, ensuring they are nurtured effectively through the pipeline.
