Our client - is one of the world’s most popular online media companies.​​​​​ They are expanding the Human Resources team and looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Total Rewards program in line with the company's strategy, internal fairness and external competitiveness across different locations and roles, including remote positions;
  • Design a benefits package in line with legal requirements of the location and employees' values;
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits;
  • Define salaries for different positions, calculate piece-work rates and implement them into work, calculate bonuses for employees in different locations;
  • Develop bonus schemes for different teams based on general company market practice from scratch and review the relevance of the existing bonus schemes;
  • Develop and implement KPIs approach for different teams;
  • Use data-driven approach to make decisions on compensation and benefits;
  • Develop and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs;
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits in different locations;
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), as well as Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across different locations.
  • Knowledge of market trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Fluency in English, any other language would be considered as an advantage.
