BI Developer

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our business intelligence solutions. This role will focus on creating robust data models, implementing OLAP cubes, and developing interactive dashboards in Power BI to drive insights and support business decisions

What to do:

• Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and OLAP cubes.
• Power BI Development: Create intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to end-user needs, ensuring data accuracy and high performance.
• Optimize and Troubleshoot: Continuously optimize BI processes, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement best practices for efficient and accurate data reporting.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, documenting processes and structures for future scalability.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 3+ years in BI development, with experience in designing OLAP cubes and using Power BI for report development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, OLAP cubes, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI report development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with a focus on data accuracy and usability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
