What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges within the territory.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Track sales metrics and performance across the territory, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure effective distribution of products within the territory, maintaining optimum stock levels across various outlets.
- Explore potential new accounts and expansion opportunities within the territory to grow market share.
What You Need:
- A Bachelor's degree form any discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Have a good relation/channel with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market and able to maintain.
- Proficient in Market Analysis, Supply Chain Management, and Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer.
- Creative and persistent in elaborating new ideas.
- High achiever, target oriented, and posses excellent command in English both oral and written.
