International company (Hi-tech HVAC equipment) is looking for Service engineer
Main tasks:
- Coordination for the chiller after-sales service issues.
- Execution of the Russian market chiller after-sales service system strategy.
- In charge of the development of chiller warranty admittance standard, installation/commissioning standard, maintenance record standard, etc.
- Develop the chiller service partner network, authorization of the service partners.
- Business trip to the jobsite for assistance of project supervision, service problems feedback, etc.
- Regular review about the service request, maintenance issues for the very important projects.
- Conduct technical&service training in field.
- Output case-study of the chiller service cases, provide feedback of the quality improvement on regular base.
Requirements:
- Experience, 5 year+, background of chiller sales/service in Russia
- Education not strictly required
- Skills: training, MS office(PPT/EXCEL), business negotiation
