Respond to client inquiries via: Live Chat, Tickets (emails)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers’ concerns, issues and questions.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ inquiries.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
- Prepare product FAQ / Guide HC maintenance and update customer files by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Work with CRM systems - Zendesk, Crowdin, Jira, Confluence, etc.
