As a strategic insight manager, you will deliver actionable insights on category and consumers that will help to derive business opportunities for ABIE strong growth.
Responsibility:
- Lead and oversee continuous retail data: Nielsen RI, household panel
- Generate insights and recommendations based on commercial and consumer KPIs
- Optimize and improve delivery of analytics and insights
- Be a strategic partner for stakeholders: understand business needs, define how data answers the questions and contribute to Company’s strategic business plan
- Own market overview process: market trends and drivers for growth, cross-category insights
- Agencies management: ensure strong and accountable supplier partnerships
- Active interaction with consumer and trade insights team and support of adhoc consumer research projects
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Efficient communicator and negotiator
- Excellent knowledge of Nielsen RI and MS Office, Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of key market research techniques
- Results oriented
- Flexibility and ability to work under challenging environment
