We seek a talented and ambitious Chief Operating Officer who will become a key player in our UAE team and help us elevate our businesses to a new level! Responsibilities:
- Strategic management: develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes in beauty studios and fitness centers.

Team management: Effectively lead teams, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and engagement to achieve common goals.

Financial control: Analyze financial indicators, prepare budgets, and control expenses to enhance business profitability.

Customer experience: Ensure a high level of customer service, implement quality standards, and manage feedback.

Business expansion: Identify new growth opportunities, including opening new locations and launching new services.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the service industry (beauty, fitness, retail) in companies with at least 300 employees and a minimum of 20 offline locations.

Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams.

Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and financial indicators.

Knowledge of marketing, including digital strategies and brand management.

Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level.
