EdEra School is an internationally oriented educational consultancy offering support to clients in the Ultra-High Net Worth and High Net Worth segments. Our mission is to provide fully-online learning from grade school to university, with an emphasis on personalized academics, extracurricular support, and admissions consulting.
The core of our work is in our teachers, masters degree and PhD holders who serve as role models for our students. We are seeking an Academic Coordinator.
Tasks:
- Establishing academic standards, guidelines, and instruments of
management for teachers; - Consulting on choice of IGCSE and A-Level courses for students;
- Seeking and hiring expert-level Russian and English-language teachers
for ФГОС, IGCSE and A-Level programs; - Monitoring teacher performance and adherence to EdEra School
standards; - Ensuring the availability of teachers for EdEra School students in
offered subjects; - Engaging in one-on-one communication with teachers concerning
performance assessments and new policies; - Developing strategies for teacher recruitment and training, as well as
for improving the quality of teaching in EdEra School; - Leading staff members and teachers.
Profile of our ideal candidate:

7 years in EdTech or educational administration;

C1 English or higher;

Fluent Russian;
- Understanding of IGCSE and A-Level programs is a must;
- Has an experience working/studying in a British School OR graduate of a GCSE/A-Level program;
- Understands principles of mass teacher management (progress trackers, reward and punishment systems, Standard Observation).
