Payment Services Head (International Jurisdictions)

Credits is seeking a skilled Payment Service Specialist to support our operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This role is vital for establishing and maintaining a robust payment infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the payment infrastructure and operations.
• Conduct negotiations and establish partnerships with banks, including drafting and finalizing agreements.
• Oversee compliance processes for both business and licensed services.
• Implement and maintain control procedures to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Handle additional tasks related to the operation and management of payment services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a foreign bank or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environment.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate level or higher), with strong verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and international compliance standards, including CRS/FATCA, sanctions compliance, AML/CFT, and KYC requirements.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
