REQUIREMENTS:

Strong PC skills, knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel)

Experience of working as an assistant from one year

Work experience in electronic document management systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative support to Managers (expats and locals)
- Receiving, sending, registration and distribution of incoming/outgoing official (not engineering and construction) correspondence
- Check-up and handling process of signing of documentation with Managers
- Managing documents approving process in digital approval system
- Registration of orders
- Communicating the manager's orders to the company's employees within the limits of the competence
- Organization of business trips for Managers
- Managing expense reports & reimbursement for Managers
- Minutes of meetings
- Gathering materials and information needed by the Manager
- Calendar managing and personal non-business related requests are not included.
