We are seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team and ensure our company’s operations are aligned with international regulatory standards, particularly in high-risk transaction businesses.
This role involves monitoring and managing legal and transactional risks, with a focus on secure, compliant operations across European and CIS markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-risk banking, payment aggregators, or other transaction-heavy industries, and will be able to provide expertise on maintaining compliance, identifying potential risks, and guiding our team toward safe and profitable business practices.

Perform AML checks to identify suspicious transactions and patterns indicative of money laundering.
Provide insights on potential risks associated with new clients and transactions, particularly from an AML perspective.
Advise on risk management strategies to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Prepare AML compliance reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation for management, detailing key risks, AML findings, and recommended mitigations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years in a risk, compliance, or related role within high-risk sectors such as banking, payment processing, or transaction-based businesses, with demonstrated knowledge of AML regulations.
Certification:
