We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team for managing Microsoft 365 services, and providing high-quality technical support across all levels.

Tasks:

  • Responsible collaboration in the provision of hardware and software;
  • Administration of our Microsoft 365 services (management / integration/ Cloud Services / licence management);
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure;
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support;
  • Processing tickets in your own ticket system;
  • Independent collaboration on current IT projects and processes;
  • Expansion and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database.

Your profile

  • You have completed training in the IT sector or have comparable professional experience;
  • You have sound knowledge of Windows operating systems;
  • You have experience in administration and IT support;
  • You have certifications for Microsoft Office 365;
  • Good organisational skills and time management;
  • Fluent English language skills (min. B2).
