We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team for managing Microsoft 365 services, and providing high-quality technical support across all levels.
Tasks:
- Responsible collaboration in the provision of hardware and software;
- Administration of our Microsoft 365 services (management / integration/ Cloud Services / licence management);
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure;
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support;
- Processing tickets in your own ticket system;
- Independent collaboration on current IT projects and processes;
- Expansion and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database.
Your profile
- You have completed training in the IT sector or have comparable professional experience;
- You have sound knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- You have experience in administration and IT support;
- You have certifications for Microsoft Office 365;
- Good organisational skills and time management;
- Fluent English language skills (min. B2).
