Responsibilities and Duties:

Content

  • Design and develop new educational programs/courses/products in online and offline formats (including training structure, content, assessment tasks, train-the-trainer content, interactive simulators, or creating technical specifications for outsourcing the creation of simulators to third parties).
  • Provide methodological support to existing training and gamified products, including new scenario development for customer-related projects.
  • Collaborate with authors in creating educational content such as e-learning courses (pre-recorded videos, long reads), virtual classes, assessment exercises/tests, checklists, guides, masterclass scripts, practical assignments, and other materials. Provide methodological onboarding and support for their work.
  • Maintain regular communication with subject matter experts within the company to ensure the relevance, accuracy, consistency, and alignment of training content with best practices.
  • Conduct methodological analysis for initiation of new educational products, design and conduct research on target audiences.
  • Provide consultative services to in-house development teams on the development of appropriate content in line with corporate standards.
  • Work on portfolio improvement - portfolio assessment and learning journey audit.

Training

  • Deliver training sessions and Train-the-trainer sessions to internal and external audiences in Russian and English.

  • Trainer support for existing training programs in the portfolio of the department, with a focus on information security, security awareness, and related areas for different target audiences - students, adults, and kids.

Management

  • Provide managerial support to existing gamified products, such as creating technical assignments for product development and control its implementation by contractors, organizing language adaptation processes for new product languages, etc.

  • Interact with various departments within the company, including marketing, sales, legal, tax, IT security, finance, design, and interpreters.

  • Collaborate with contractors/partners/external content providers. Coordinate works implemented by contractors related to gamified and training products/projects.

  • Collaborate with customers on commercial projects.

Other

  • Participate in other team projects related to education, educational consulting, security awareness and other domains.

  • Stay updated on relevant materials (news, research, other publications in Russian and English from international sources) to constantly update knowledge of trends in the information security/IT market.

Required skills & experience:

  • Higher education in management, engineering, IT;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Fluent English (C1 level and above);
  • 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery (both online and offline);
  • Experience in communicating with R&D teams;
  • Experience in working with Confluence/Jira and similar tools;
  • Willingness to grow within the educational market.
