Sales Coach

CLS Global is a reputable consulting company specializing in Market Making and Marketing on the blockchain market.

Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Sales Coach who will be coaching our Sales team.

What you will do:

• Conduct trainings on sales skills;
• Monitor and analyze indicators to improve team performance;
• Monitor the team’s pipeline;
• Conduct monthly 1-2-1 sessions with managers;
• Track learning progress, provide feedback;
• Listen to sales’ calls and provide feedback.

To join us you need to:

• Have proven experience in sales training;
• Have proven experience in B2B cold sales;
• Have experience and knowledge in crypto, blockchain, trading;
• Have strong understanding of effective communication techniques;
• Be a fluent Russian and English speaker.
