The Role
We are looking for a talented senior-level Manager to take the lead of our non-custodial crypto wallet, Tonhub. If you are interested in finance and blockchain, results-oriented, and not afraid of a challenge, join our team to help us make Tonhub the most used, convenient, and profitable wallet!
✅ Responsibilities
• Build short-term and long-term product development strategies.
• Identify and implement ways to acquire new users, establish new partnerships, and maintain communication with existing ones.
• Expand and lead the development team, set tasks, process results reports, and monitor efficiency.
• Improve product quality through constant bug tracking and thorough testing of the app.
• Oversee the weekly release of updates and communications to Telegram channels to keep users informed and engaged.
About You
• You are passionate about your work and strive to do whatever it takes to make it better.
• You are an experienced user within the blockchain ecosystem and have strong knowledge of web3 products and mobile app development.
• You have previously managed a development team, know how to get things done, and how to track results.
• You are capable of analytical work, with experience in collecting statistics and making data-driven decisions.
• You are fluent in both English and Russian.
• Proficient in Notion.
