Position Summary:

The Head of Product Department will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the Company product line. This role involves leadership in managing the product team, overseeing equipment promotions, and ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The individual will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain departments to drive growth, product quality, and market competitiveness. This role will be key in building relationships with key opinion leaders, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Formulate and execute all modalities of equipment promotion strategy as an integral part of the Company's overall business strategy.

- Ensure continuous alignment of the product strategy with evolving business goals and market needs.

2. Team Management & Development:

- Lead the product department team, organizing and controlling the activities of subordinates.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and adaptation of new employees to increase team productivity and operational efficiency.

- Monitor compliance with internal labor rules, health, safety regulations, and overall employee well-being.

- Foster a collaborative work culture, driving accountability, responsibility, and high performance.

3. Operational Supervision:

- Coordinate the planning and distribution of tasks, ensuring workload balance and timely task completion.

- Provide ongoing support to subordinates in resolving work-related challenges, ensuring they meet performance standards.

- Support cross-functional coordination, including collaboration with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure optimal product performance and client satisfaction.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy Implementation:

- Analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and competition to develop action plans for increasing market share and profitability in all modalities’ segments.

- Continuously update and improve the product strategy, identifying new opportunities for business expansion.

5. Client Relations:

- Drive the sales strategy for all equipment modalities, collaborating with the sales team to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, medical organizations, and opinion leaders in the healthcare sector.

- Oversee the entire sales funnel, from identifying potential customers to finalizing sales and ensuring high client satisfaction.

6. Marketing & Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns for equipment of all modalities, including digital marketing strategies.

- Organize and participate in external marketing events, such as exhibitions, webinars, and conferences, to promote the Company product line.

- Support the marketing team in developing product documentation, presentations, and other promotional materials.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

- Ensure Company equipment adheres to regulatory standards and requirements.

- Support the registration of new Company equipment and the release of software updates and new versions in the territory.

8. Financial Accountability:

- Responsible for delivering operating profit targets in the Company product line.

- Optimize operational processes to reduce cycle time, increase equipment recognition, and maximize revenue.

- Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts and business reports.

9. Business Development:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential customers, niches, and markets for the Company product line.

- Develop and implement initiatives to expand the base of potential clients.

10. Product & Process Innovation:

- Continuously assess market trends and client needs to drive product innovation and enhancements.

- Ensure technical knowledge and product expertise are kept up to date within the team.

- Organize demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the clinical and technical advantages of the Company equipment.

11. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

- Work with other departments to develop and implement joint strategies for increasing efficiency and creating a unique value proposition for Company products.

- Coordinate efforts with operations, customer service, and supply chain departments to ensure efficient product lifecycle management.

12. Event Management:

- Organize and manage participation in conferences, client events, product launches, and distributor events across Russia and the CIS region.

- Manage the logistics, availability, and performance of demonstration equipment for marketing events.

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education.

- English proficiency is at least B2

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the heavy medical equipment segment, with leadership and product management experience.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA is desirable.

- Prior experience in product marketing strategies and business development.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to medical devices, particularly CT, MRI, etc
