PSA is looking for a Head of Embedded Solutions Department with strong leadership skills and strong knowledge of firmware/hardware development processes to coordinate and lead a number of projects with US-based customers.

Requirements:
Background in firmware/hardware development preferably with C/C++ embedded programming (RTOS, linux, multithreading, low-level interfaces)
Proven experience in full cycle hardware/firmware projects (requirements gathering-design-hardware-firmware-bring up-delivery-transition to production-support)
Team leadership skills
Requirements definition and clarification experience
Ability to perform hardware/firmware review and analysis
Analytical mindset
Ability for business trips and work directly with customers onsite
Strong verbal and written English
Desired:
Pre-sales and estimation experience
Team/group/department management experience
Embedded Linux experience
Embedded Qt experience
Knowledge of VHDL / Verilog, CPLDs
Experience of working with US-based customers
Experience with subordinates mentoring
