About the job:
Yandex Go is looking for a Support Specialist to respond to partner queries, make outbound calls and gather feedback. Apply if you have a passion for helping people, good problem-solving and conflict management skills and strong writing and verbal skills in the French and English languages.
You will be responsible for:

Responding to partner queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat;

Solving everyday questions, problems and/or suggestions that our partners may have;

Making outbound/proactive calls to our partners;

Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;

Gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
You might be a fit if you have:
- Passion for helping and communicating with people;
- Good problem-solving and conflict management skills;
- Strong writing and verbal skills in English and French languages. You should be able to write quickly and accurately
