Online Sales Agent (Call Center)

We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Agent to join our Call Center team specializing in tobacco products for the B2C segment in the USA market.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and upsell tobacco products to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote and sell tobacco products
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing American clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent of Call Center in B2C online sales, preferably with an international market
• Fluent English C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification. Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and team members
• Proficient in using CRM software and call center tools
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and techniques
• Proven track record of achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth

Working conditions:

• Full remote work from any location
• Work schedule is 5/2 Monday - Friday, the USA market hours
• Professional service contract
• Payment to foreign banks
