Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join litigation team in well-known consulting.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in court projects and international commercial arbitration, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage litigation cases, including court projects and international commercial arbitration.
Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on various legal matters.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and arbitration submissions.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
Collaborate with and assist other lawyers within the firm on complex cases, sharing expertise and best practices.
Represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf.
Stay updated on legal developments and trends in litigation and arbitration to ensure compliance and inform clients.
Qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in litigation and international commercial arbitration.
Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently.
