Responsibilities:
- Oversee, record and maintain proper bookkeeping.
- Prepare tax reporting forms in accordance with the legislation of Cyprus.
- Prepare detailed reports and analytical materials for the shareholders, proposals for tax optimization.
- Support of reorganizations and restructurings.
- Assist with external audit.
- Communication with Cyprus authorities on all matters (excluding stock exchange and securities matters).
- Maintenance of the office, acquisition of necessary goods and services.
- Making requests to legal department on legal matters and analyzing results.
- Hiring, controlling external consultants when necessary and assessing the results.
- Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience at investment companies, financial organizations, family offices in relevant field.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax and audit matters within investment management.
- Strong leadership and team-building experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian and Greek is considered an advantage.
- Experience in real estate investments is considered an advantage.
