Purpose of the role:

Drive E-commerce business capabilities in the Marketplaces channel based on best market analysis and insights.

Manage E-commerce promo strategy at Marketplaces incl. Ozon, Yandex.market, MegaMarket, Wildberries with close collaboration with digital and brand marketing teams within all therapy areas of Dr.Reddy’s portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage promo strategy and drive execution at Marketplaces in line with brands’ needs and channel’s capabilities;
  • Forecast and plan annual and monthly performance of Marketplaces in line with commercial and media KPIs: Revenue, ROI, Impressions, Conversions, CPM, CPC, CPA;
  • Manage Joint Business Planning with Marketplaces;
  • Negotiate with Marketplaces/Third parties for ensuring optimal level of products’ stock for promo launch and execution as well as negotiations in terms of trade conditions;
  • Control products visibility and availability at Marketplaces;
  • Lead post-promo analysis in assigned Marketplaces. Measure and report against commercial and media KPIs, ensure that revenue goals and budgets are met;
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual performance marketing reports, that summarize activities, outcomes and planning for performance marketing, including insights and recommendations;
  • Monitor competitors' activities in the E-commerce channel;
  • Actively searches for best practices and ideas for re-applying in E-commerce;
  • Work closely with Marketing and local/ HQ’s digital & E-commerce team to identify best practices and processes to manage Marketplaces channel and increase productivity;
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Market Research, BI, Legal&Compliance;
  • Budget management.

Competencies & Experience:

  • Experience in E-commerce strategy, Digital marketing and Digital analytics;
  • Knowledge of the E-commerce, Trade marketing and Digital Marketing;
  • Background in FMCG/OTC Corporations or/and Marketplaces/E-commerce agencies;
  • Budget planning and management;
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies to achieve a shared marketing objective;
  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools;
  • Very comfortable conducting relevant analysis by channel;
  • Capability to transform analysis into concrete actions and suggestions for the team/company;
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal;
  • Passion about E-commerce, curiosity on new and innovative ways to work with customers;
  • Strong leadership skills, flexible team player;
  • Fluent English.
