We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and onboard top talent in software development, quality assurance, and technical support. Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.

• Conduct market mapping and salary research to stay competitive and informed.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set expectations, and provide weekly analytics for open positions.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

• Foster relationships with Barcelona’s leading tech universities.

• Promote Convermax’s culture and values to attract exceptional talent.

Goals for the Probation Period

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals.

• Select and integrate an ATS or equivalent solution to streamline recruitment processes and provide actionable analytics.

• Establish a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the company’s most critical roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment within IT or software development industries.

• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends in the Barcelona market.

• Experience engaging with early-career professionals and collaborating with universities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment streams and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Fluency in English.

• Availability to work on-site in our office.
