Our team is looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager of International Optic Company.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing daily administrative support to Director;
- Maintain calendar and ensure that it’s up to date;
- Support of the director at meetings, events, conference calls, if necessary;
- Travel arrangements including hotel reservations, transfer for guests;
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, fax and e-mail communications, reception of visitors;
- Arranging translation of various documents (if necessary) upon request;
- Organization of postal and courier delivery of documents & etc.
- Preparing letters, reports, memos and emails to standard formats, including occasional translation from English into Russian when urgent;
- Preparing and editing various documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;
We consider candidates with:
- Completed higher education;
- English fluent;
- Experienced PC user, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Experience from 5 years as a personal assistant;
- Ability to work independently in multitasking mode, stress resistance.
