Novakid is a Learning Games Company and English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced B2C EdTech IT company of 450 professionals.
We are now looking for a Regional B2C Sales Leader to take care of Sales in 1-3 Latin America countries.
You will:
Open and lead Novakid Sales in Latin America;
Achieve the agreed upon Sales Goals;
Scale up your results;
You have:
Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams;
Hands-on B2C sales experience;
Good understanding of online promotion channels and digital marketing;
Spanish language at C1 proficiency level spoken and written;
English language is not lower than B2 (both spoken and written).
It helps if you reside in Latin America and have experience in developing online B2C business there from scratch;
