This Role is responsible for global Organizational Development function set-up, development and implementation of organizational development initiatives and change management in order to create high-performing and adoptable organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and optimization of business processes including but not limited to roles, timing and customer added value;
  • Analysis and design of organizational structures in Headquarters and Regional offices; Evaluating current HC resources and building up HC models;
  • Review and change proposal into company policies and procedures;
  • Support of reorganization and process changes trough communication with stakeholders and employees;
  • Responsible over performance management process – goals setting and alignment across Company as well as final evaluation;
  • Contribution into other global C&B projects like salaries benchmarking, sales incentives, budgeting and FTE planning etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be hands-on with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced change-oriented environment;
  • Good understanding of the principles and practices of Organizational Development;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and auditing work;
  • The ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making, systematically break down problems or processes into their parts and develop several alternative solutions;
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once;
  • 3+ years of experience working in compensation;
  • Intellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with data;
  • English – Upper Intermediate.
