Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact to the director.
- Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquires and requests, expense authorization and sign off on business-related decisions.
- Personal assistant tasks for director, included, but not limited to, diary management, extensive e-mail correspondence and organizing both internal and external meetings.
- Reporting back to the director with detailed and accurate notes.
- Travel support.
- Analytical tasks.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Cost management.
- Assisting with budget management.
- Aggregation the information from public source and private databases.
- Complex market research data analysis.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the administration and operations managers to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Requirements:
Educated to a degree level. Economic or technical as a plus.
- Intermediate English is a must. Upper Intermediate or Advanced level as a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Stress resistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Uses initiative with minimal supervision.
- Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills.
