The role:

  • Responsible for the company Commercial functions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizationals efficiency, manage structural changes in collaboration with line management, and provide leadership support during the preparation and implementation of organizationals transitions.
  • Plan employee movements and career development by ensuring process transparency, monitoring progress, training line managers, engaging them in identifying potential, designing retention strategies for key employees, and developing succession plans. Support line managers in implementing development plans for their teams.
  • Organize the performance evaluation process (Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Review), deliver necessary training and consultations, and ensure process deadlines are met.
  • Participate in headcount planning during the budgeting period in collaboration with the Center of Expertise and Division Head/Function Director.
  • Prepare recommendations for salary reviews during annual compensation adjustments, organizational changes, employee promotions, and new position openings. Aim to ensure the alignment of organizational structure, role efficiency, and compensation with overall HR management processes.
  • Support the identification of employee development needs and organize training programs aligned with organizational development processes.
  • Advise on HR management issues by providing guidance and recommendations to line managers and employees on various topics, including organizational structure analysis, performance management, policy interpretation, training needs, career development planning, and employee movements.
  • Lead projects aimed at automating HR processes.
  • Oversee the talent evaluation process using the company's established methodology, and design and implement measures to retain and develop internal talent.
  • Manage a team of 2 subordinates

The Candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an international FMCG company in a senior HR role (Senior HR BP, HRD, Senior HRM...)
  • Leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and train staff - capacity and ambition to become HRD in few years
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills + advanced presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and administrative capabilities
