Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analytical Support: Conduct thorough analysis of market data and sales trends to provide valuable insights for the sales team.
• Business Case Calculation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and calculate business cases for prospective clients. Utilize quantitative analysis to evaluate potential revenue, cost, and profitability scenarios, helping the team make informed decisions.
• Sales Administration: Assist in managing sales documentation, contracts, and agreements, coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate seamless sales operations.
• Excel Expertise: Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and other relevant metrics.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze challenges and bottlenecks in the sales process, suggesting innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in analytical roles, preferably within sales or business development.
• Knowledge of the Central Asia region's market trends and dynamics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
