Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients over the phone;

- Consulting and supporting clients;

- Resolving issues and conflict situations;

- Effectively conveying information and assisting in decision-making.

You are a good fit for us if you:

- Can freely communicate in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi/English;

- Can speak well and connect with any person;

- Easily navigate through conflict situations and maintain a quality dialogue;

- Can convey information effectively and have a good command of the language;

- Can work in a multitasking environment and keep a cool head under any circumstances;

- Are a computer whiz and can quickly learn new programs.

A significant advantage will be:

- Proficiency in foreign languages;

- Experience in a Call Centre or sales.
