Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and attract candidates for IT and Digital positions through various channels (job boards, social media, and professional communities).
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies, including creating search plans and building a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on professional and personal competencies using methodologies such as STAR and PARLA.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding the new hire.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with department heads to ensure a thorough understanding of candidate requirements.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and key performance metrics.

Our Expectations:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT/Digital recruitment is essential.
  • A solid understanding of sourcing niche specialists and the ability to find candidates through various channels.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
  • Strong time-management and self-organisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
