YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working on top level vacancies, mostly technical and back office.
- Talent identification and market mapping to develop comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior executives in Russia, South-Eastern Asia and Middle East.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates.
- Interviewing the candidates and presenting them to Hiring Manager.
- Preparing market reports for top management and HR Leads.
- Participating in other HR projects within team.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as Researcher / Analyst. Experience in Executive Search firm would be a plus.
- Proficiency in sourcing Top talents. Experience in Mining / Production Industry would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English – intermediate (you will need to write selling messages which attracts candidates).
- Knowledge of using different sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions to find the best talents.
- High level of professional curiosity, eagerness to learn.
