Project Aim
To get rid of routine work of current IT specialists, increase control and allocation of all opened tickets and incidents on ITSM portal and as a result to increase the performance of the IT support groups as a whole.
Expected Qualifications of the Intern
-University final year undergraduate or graduate students;
-Upper- Intermediate English level;
-Interest in IT technologies and a desire to gain in-depth knowledge of IT department work.
Key Job Definition of the Intern
-Open the requests for creation of new IT materials and making changes to existing materials, translation of materials on the MDG portal;
-Creating a request for ordering IT materials and services and monitoring their delivery (all Ruscam locations) Work in the ServiceNow IT portal as IT administrator to control the execution and distribution of user requests;
-Technical support to Company users.
