We enable businesses to enhance the customer journey, optimize efficiency, and improve cost savings. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research, email campaigns, calls, and social media outreach;
  • Craft personalized and engaging messages for clients, utilizing email marketing strategies;
  • Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to search for and analyze potential clients;
  • Qualify leads by assessing their fit with the company’s requirements and readiness to buy;
  • Maintain CRM systems by regularly updating information on client interactions;
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, meeting counts, and response metrics;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer acquisition strategies;
  • Stay updated on modern lead generation strategies and implement best practices;
  • Actively participate in training and professional development programs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in an SDR or similar role within IT, SaaS, e-commerce, or related industries;
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, including crafting compelling and personalized messages for clients;
  • Experience with HubSpot cadency and reporting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and generate reports on key metrics;
  • Experience in information gathering;
  • Proven experience in executing a call plan;
  • Self-motivation, organization, and a strong drive to achieve goals.
