Infatica.io - is an international leader in the development and support of network infrastructure solutions (proxy services, VPN, and other tools). We serve clients worldwide, providing reliable and high-performance products. Currently, we are expanding our technical support team and looking for a specialist with experience in server administration, knowledge of networking technologies, and a strong command of English for both technical and conversational communication. Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor the company's server infrastructure, consisting of over 50 servers (primarily based on *nix systems such as CentOS and Ubuntu), in close collaboration with our international team.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues in server operation, network infrastructure, and client connections.

  • Handle customer requests and manage support tickets in the technical support system.

  • Monitoring tools for server infrastructure using modern technologies (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus).

  • Take part in the development and improvement of the company's infrastructure: implementing new services, optimizing existing solutions, and enhancing efficiency.

  • Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.

  • Work with databases (MySQL, ClickHouse), interacting with data storage systems.

  • Provide consultations to users and implement improvements to enhance the usability of our platform.

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems.

  • Familiarity with database servers such as MySQL and ClickHouse.

  • Deep understanding of VPN and proxy networks, with practical experience in configuring and supporting these technologies.

  • A strong drive for process automation and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or others).

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus).

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.

  • Documentation of typical customer issue solutions in Confluence.

  • Fluent technical and conversational English (required to communicate with international clients and the global team).

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience working in an international team or supporting users across different time zones.
