Novakid is a Learning Games Company and English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced B2C EdTech IT company of 400 professionals.

We are now looking for several B2C Sales Leaders to take care of a variety of newly developing regions and sales functions across the world.

This is a 100% remote position. Work from the comfort of your home or traveling.

You will:

  • Provide Sales Leadership;
  • Achieve Goals set by the Company;
  • Communicate clear expectations to your team and provide feedback based on their performance;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth; Proven cases with WA bot and VOIP will help.
  • For the first weeks, you will be expected to step into "the fields" and sell to our customers along with the sales managers. We believe that every Sales Lead should never "lose touch with the fields".

You have:

  • Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams;
  • Hands-on B2C sales experience;
  • Successful and comparable in complexity B2C online businesses;
  • Examples of your projects incl metrics in a cover letter or portfolio;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • English language is not lower than B2 (both spoken and written).
