CONDITIONS:

• Base Salary: $1000 to $1600 per month, + performance-based bonuses without unrealistic targets (as a good sales company we want employees to understand that bonus can be and should be more then fixed salary)
• Work schedule is from 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri) NOT REMOTELY!!!!!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong sales, retention and RECOVERY skills

- knowledge in crypto , blockchain, understanding of financial products and services.

- Fluent English, German or French language

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Effective Communication with Warm Clients

- Investment Advice: Ask questions to understand investors' goals and guide them through the investment process

-Proposal Development: Drafting and Presenting Investment Proposals
