We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and growing our relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Analyze competitors and suppliers to gather insights and feedback.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring the receipt of funds and managing deals from start to finish.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Create attractive offers considering cultural and linguistic specifics to tailor our products and services to different markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the execution of work and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Networking: Build a robust client network and maintain relationships with direct clients and distributors (dealers).
  • Financial Acumen: Understand the structure of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, manage profitability, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business missions, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of P&L structure and ability to manage profitability and revenue.
