Responsibilities:

Evaluate and forecast traffic profitability, ROI, and revenue channels.

Analyze user behavior and develop predictive models (LTV, cohorts, etc.).

Set up and manage marketing analytics (GTM, GA4, BigQuery) and data integration.

Develop BI reporting and dashboards in Tableau.

Lead the analytics team, collaborate with marketing and product departments.

Automate data collection and processing, implement best analytics practices.
Requirements:
-
5+ years in analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Experience in iGaming and familiarity with SoftSwiss, SpinFest, EasyRocket.

Proficiency in GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and BI tools (Tableau, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, experience in predictive modeling and data optimization.

Leadership and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
