Our company is providing services of the Remote IT Support (AMC), Cyber Security (MSSP) and RPA to our clients, mainly in Dubai.
We are now looking for a Remote Junior HR Associate to help with a scope of work related to Research, Screening. Who will join the HR department and help with our hiring needs. Majority of the communication in our team is in English, so we can only accept both fluent English speaking (and native Russian speaking) applicants.
We are looking for a specialist, able to bring new members to the team promptly and of best quality. A person with excellent computer knowledge, who uses latest technologies (such as AI-based services, chats) in their work. Who has good understanding of the hiring and stuffing process in the organisation and is willing to try new markets (we hire in the UAE).

What will you do:
- Finding best candidates for the role (Research), analysing the risks and potential by conducting interviews (Screening), presenting the candidates to further consideration;
- Organising testing procedures, interviews with HR Manager, hiring managers, offer presentation calls;
- Looking for the new talents at the market, that may potentially join us;
- Helping with other processes in the HR department - bringing new ideas and testing hypothesis;
- Cooperating with HR Manager and other departments on the daily tasks and needs;
- Helping out with various HR-related activities (we have lots of projects in hand - e.g trainings, workshops, merchandise, reviews, processes integration, ATS launch)
We expect:
- At least 0.5-1 year of background in HR, research, recruitment or talent acquisition;
- Readiness to meet the targets within the agreed timeframe;
- Experience of professional interaction in English with colleagues or candidates (mandatory);
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, self-motivated and very organised;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
- Active personality, adaptable, resistant to stress, patient, eager to learn and develop;
- Has interest to IT and new technologies, uses AI-based services and chats in daily life and work
Would be nice but not necessary:
- Background in hiring IT professionals (our main focus is on the general HR background and proficiency in English)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
